About Me

I grew up in a tough environment—abuse, alcoholism, and poverty were part of my daily reality. The first time I slep in a bed is when I joined the military. The military experience changed everything. For the first time in my life, I felt capable. I realized I wasn’t uncable or ill-equipped as I had been made to believe. I began to understand that most of my battles were internal—and if I could master my thoughts, I could master anything.

Even though I developed a strong sense of right and wrong early on, I still carried a lot of false beliefs about myself well into adulthood. In my late 20s, something shifted. I picked up a book by Wayne Dyer, and it started me down a path of personal growth and self-discovery. Over the years, I've read and learned from Tony Robbins, Louise Hay, Neville Goddard, Deepak Chopra and others. With each step, I became more aware, more compassionate with myself, and more aligned with who I truly am.

I’ve been a single dad, worked full-time, earned an engineering degree and an MBA—all while figuring myself out and building a life from scratch. I’ve changed careers multiple times, not because it was easy, but because I knew I was meant for more. I’ve been laid off, betrayed by corporate politics, and knocked down more times than I can count. But I’ve always gotten back up.

Through it all, I’ve helped friends through tough times—heartbreak, setbacks, life’s big questions. They’ve often told me I have a gift: insight, compassion, and a way of helping people see things differently. They’re the ones who encouraged me to share what I’ve learned.

That’s what led me to start LuvUrLyfe Compass. It’s my way of helping others reconnect with who they are, find joy again, and create a life they actually love waking up to. I don’t have all the answers, but I’ve walked the path—and I’m here to walk with others as they find theirs.
